Please follow these two methods to troubleshoot:
a. The collar has entered the test mode, please short press the M button three times to exit it, please refer to this section of the test mode.
b. If not in test mode and the other function buttons work normally, the M button is faulty. Please contact our after-sales service team. (support@zlolen.com)
