Please follow these two methods to troubleshoot;
a. Please make sure the collar not in low bettery status; The red LED of the collar is flashing in the low battery；
b. Please refer to the "Test mode" section to check if the function works properly. Collar is deemed to be defective and should be replaced, if it fails to pass the test.
